"As a surgeon and mom of four, my life was extremely busy managing the demands of my work and family on autopilot, no time to think about how I wanted to live. When I finally had the opportunity to pause, I could focus on the things that were important to me. My kids, family. Feeling renewed each day. My patients. When various challenges arose with my kids, I was able to manage them more fluidly; I responded rather than reacted. Recognizing the opportunity to rebuild my life with Maggie's program was a game changer. My relationships, health and sleep are markedly improved.

In my experience four to six months is usually the time frame it takes for clients to see results. Clients often sign up for additional sessions to further their growth.

No. This program is designed for any parent or person who wants to rebuild their lives.
do i have to be a mom to do this program?
