How long is the vip day?

My life is so chaotic. I'm not sure I can find a Half day to do this?

What if i already have a therapist or coach i work with?

  • You'll have three hours with me for the day. But I will have four hours blocked ou to allow time for a break. Typically, we'll meet for about 90-minutes before and 90-minutes after our break.

  • Plus, you'll have two weeks of messaging with me after the session
  • I understand how operating in this new reality and scheduling multiple appointments can feel overwhelming I can split the VIP day into two 1.5-hour sessions, if that works best for you.

  • The purpose of this intensive is for me to share what I've learned in three years to reduce your overwhelm.
  • You'll have three hours with me for the day. But I will have four hours blocked ou to allow time for a break. Typically, we'll meet for about 90-minutes before and 90-minutes after our break.

  • Plus, you'll have two weeks of messaging with me after the session
